Below are some questions I frequently get asked..........
Do we have to meet you prior to booking?
"No, I am happy to have a telephone consultation and complete your booking over the telephone. If possible I do like all couples to come and see me before the big day. Another option is Skype, I have had couples that live abroad who come home to the UK to get married and we have arranged everything on Skype”
What format are the pictures in?
"I shoot in RAW, but you will receive high resolution jpegs on a disk that are ready to be printed. I also give you set a low resolution jpegs in case you want to email some of the photographs or upload them to the web."
Do you have insurance?
"Yes, I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance."
What will you wear to my wedding?
"I wear smart clothes, typically trousers and a shirt with shoes. My aim is to blend in with the guests."
Do you have back up equipment?
"Yes, I have an additional camera body, several lenses, 2 flash units and lots of spare batteries and memory cards."
What if you are sick on the day?
"The chances of me being ill are the same as the chances of the bride & groom being ill. We all do our best to avoid getting sick and the common cold or even flu would not be enough for you to cancel your wedding and nor would it be enough to stop me working. It's not the kind of job where you can phone in sick, unless I was in hospital on my deathbed I would be at your wedding. If I really couldn't make it, I would contact all the other Kent wedding photographers to find a replacement and you would receive a full refund."
Do I have to provide you with a meal?
"No, I don't have this in my contract, however if I am going to be with you all day then I would appreciate something to eat - a veggie meal please!"
Do you offer other styles of wedding albums?
"Yes, I can provide quotes on an individual basis. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements."
How long is the wait to receive my pictures after the wedding?
